The composition and concentration of the organic active ingredients in sango nutri-HED SPS #1 has been specially adapted and optimized for the supply of SPS corals. The focus is on the rapid uptake and processing of micromolecular micronutrients by the cultivated corals without creating a strong competition to bacteria and microbes.
The active ingredients used mainly work in the energy metabolism of small polyptic hard corals. As a result, the corals have sufficient metabolic energy even in a radiation-intensive lighting environment to be able to draw on sufficiently high energy reserves for tissue and skeletal growth (calcification) even under existing radiation stress.
At the same time, corals have access to important organic raw materials for the synthesis of colored / fluorescent chromoproteins. The main focus of the HED PLC system is therefore on the long-term health and growth promotion of SPS corals in a radiation-intensive lighting environment with optimal color development.
The beneficial effect on overall nutrient degradation and microbial organism and biodiversity is also evident in the HED SPS system and provides all the environmental benefits that are characteristic of SANGOKAI Nutrient Supply.
