Substrate Cleaner is a specially developed bacterial mixture for the biodegradation of mud and waste in the soil as well as rocks for sea and freshwater aquariums.
Substrate Cleaner safely removes organic deposits, eliminates harmful gaseous compounds and completely breaks down phosphate and nitrate sources in the soil and rock.
Substrate Cleaner contains natural mangrove mud with the bacteria occurring there for a clean and healthy water.
Dosage:
Add 20 ml to 100 liters of water every 14 days until the bottom of the soil is clean.
Maintenance dosage: Add 20 ml to 100 liters of water once a month.
Tips:
• A turbidity caused by substrate cleaners is absolutely harmless and disappears after 24-72 h.
• Ozone and UV light can kill bacteria, turn it off during use for 12-24 hours.
• Use Substrate Cleaner to remove phosphate deposits in seawater weekly at a dosage of 10 ml to 200 liters of water in combination with phosphate remover or Phos-Out 4.
