Adsorber granulate against phosphate and silicate

Fauna Marin Power Phos iron hydroxide-based adsorber granulate that safely removes phosphates and silicates from the aquarium cycle.

• Power Phos binds harmful substances firmly to its surface and does not release them again.
• With Power Phos, the nutrient content of the aquarium can be kept very low.
• Unwanted algae growth is effectively prevented.
• Corals can develop their natural colors.
• Power Phos can be used directly as it is already pre-washed.

Dosage:

• 100 ml Power Phos per 300 liters of water.
• After 5 days, you can increase the amount to up to 150 ml per 200 liters of water.

Dosage instructions:

• Check the PO4 content regularly, e.g. with our PO4 Test Kit.
• It is not advisable to use Power Phos at the lowest PO4 levels
• If the PO4 content rises again, replace Power Phos with fresh material
• Do not use more than 200 ml per 300 liters of water
• We recommend placing the material between two layers of filter wool, a filter bag, or in a tile bed filter. This is where it is most effective.
• Power Phos is ideal for freshwater and saltwater.
• The material may heat up in the water.
• A red discoloration of the water is normal due to the fine particles and will disappear within a short time. This red discoloration is harmless.
• Power Phos should not be washed out.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
