Tropic Marin® Coral Spa is a potassium-based coral treatment designed to support coral vitality while gently removing unwanted hitchhikers and biofilms. It is especially suitable for treating newly acquired corals before introducing them into the aquarium, helping to reduce the risk of introducing potentially harmful organisms.
The carefully selected ingredients support the coral's natural defenses without affecting coloration. When used as directed, the treatment is also safe for humans.

For some breeding stony corals, such as Pocillopora or Tubastraea, the potassium-based bath can also trigger the release of fully developed coral larvae.
These can be removed from the bath solution and transferred to fresh aquarium water.
Under suitable conditions, the larvae can then be settled onto appropriate substrates.

Directions for Use

Mix 20 ml of Tropic Marin® Coral Spa with 1 liter of aquarium water in a suitable container outside the aquarium. Place the corals into the solution and treat them for a maximum of 7 minutes.
During treatment, the coral surface may be gently flushed using a pipette. Any released larvae should be collected promptly.
After the bath, rinse the corals carefully with fresh aquarium water before placing them into the aquarium.
