The TUNZE® Aquawind 7028.500 is a very quiet aquarium air pump that operates on 12 V low-voltage safety power and is easy to install on the edge of aquariums with glass thicknesses ranging from 0 to 22 mm. The angle of the Aquawind can be individually adjusted using the tilt mechanism. The Aquawind generates a steady air flow over the water surface, thereby accelerating evaporation. In standard aquariums up to 800 liters (with a tank length of 2 m), the water is cooled by 2–4°C. Its special design achieves a targeted flow over long distances. Thus, a single fan is sufficient to efficiently cool even large aquariums.
