D-D SPEKTRUM Hanging Wire Kit - Cable Suspension (R63537)

The D-D steel cable mounting kit is a suspension solution for ceiling-mounted LED aquarium lights, designed specifically for the D-D Spektrum hanging rail system. It enables flexible, stable, and height-adjustable suspension above open aquariums.

The mounting kit was primarily developed for suspending D-D Spectrum lighting units and the D-D hanging rail system. The design allows for free positioning of the suspension points along the rail.

Flexibility & Y-Connector

When using the cable suspension system, the Y-connector can be positioned at any point along the rail. This allows for flexible alignment of the light. Additionally, the Y-connector can be adjusted so that the rail is mounted at a slight backward angle to reduce glare or unwanted light scatter.

Extended Compatibility

In addition to its intended use with the D-D Spektrum system, the steel cable mounting kit can also be used to suspend individual AI Hydra 32 and AI Hydra 64 lighting units. While this represents an additional compatibility option, it is not the kit’s primary intended use.
