Reef Factory Smart Tester - automatic measurement of one water value.

With the ability to schedule measurements and easily replace reagent cartridges, the Smart Tester makes monitoring aquarium parameters extremely simple. The device is designed so that calibration and cleaning are rarely automatic, which ensures unparalleled ease of use. From now on, you can not only automate the study of the selected parameter Ca, Mg, NO3, PO4, but also automate the maintenance of the selected parameter at a certain level by integrating Smart Tester actions with dosing pumps.

Peristaltic pumps
The Smart Tester works on the basis of completely new peristaltic pumps developed by Reef Factory. Their design was developed to meet a number of requirements that equipment for marine aquaristics should fulfill. They are characterized by high dosing accuracy and the longest possible trouble-free operation, and are also very quiet.

Full automation
The Smart Tester performs the measurement completely independently, from water sampling to emptying the measuring cuvette and being fully ready for the next test. A one-time calibration of the instrument after installation does not require troublesome repetitions, as it has an auto calibration system for dosing pumps. This ensures the longest possible trouble-free operation and high dosing accuracy.

Modern device mounting system
To meet the needs of aquarists, we have improved the method of placing equipment in the cabinet. Reef Factory's latest instruments feature an innovative mounting system based on a DIN rail. This is an extremely practical and flexible solution that facilitates maintaining order in the cabinet.

To perform the measurement of the selected parameter with the Smart Tester, you need to purchase a set of special cartridges with reagents:


Mg - Magnesium measurement
Number of tests from one set: ~50 (depending on magnesium ion concentration)
Measuring range: 800-1800 ppm
Measuring resolution: 10 ppm
Test duration: ~40-60 min

PO4 - phosphate measurement
Number of tests from one set: 160
Measuring range: 0.00-3.00 ppm
Measuring resolution: 0.01 ppm
Test duration: ~40 min

The range of Smart Tester Reagents Pack cartridges will be gradually expanded with additional test sets for important parameters in aquaristics.

To use all the smart functions of the Reef Factory instruments, you need the free Smart Reef app, which you can install on your phone (Android, iOS) or operate via a browser.
