Anion exchanger for silicate removal
antisil/AA is an anion exchanger specially selected for silicate removal from heavily polluted tap water. In case of very high silicate output load of tap water (> 1 mg/L), the use of antisil/AA for silicate binding after the osmosis plant is usually unavoidable for long-term maintenance of reef aquariums. In this context, antisil/AA represents an effective solution for diatom poblemen and is easy and efficient to use.
Features and properties:

- Suitable for regeneration with strong bases.
Recommended use: depending on the filter size present, the contents of the package are placed in an appropriately designated mixed bed resin filter.
Before the first withdrawal of residual demineralized ultrapure water, the material should be rinsed in the flow for approx. 60 min.
A plastic-like odor may occur and is harmless to all organisms in the aquarium.
Safety instructions: Irritant. Avoid contact with skin and especially eyes. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a safe place.
