The activated carbon filter consists of high-quality activated carbon granules with a particularly coarse-pored surface. Thanks to the exceptional absorption capacity of the individual granules, the activated carbon filter removes or reduces chlorine particles, odours, tastes, phenol, benzene and organic impurities from tap water.

The activated carbon filter significantly improves both the taste and the visual appearance of the filtered water.

The activated carbon filter is additionally fitted with a polypropylene fleece on the inside, preventing the activated carbon granules from escaping.
