Tangit Glue 125 g Tube

Usage:

• Excellent for assembly and repair work (eg on gutters)
• For the bonding of thermoplastic pressure pipe systems made of hard PVC (drinking water) - according to EN 1452
• Suitable for pressureless pipe systems (waste water) - according to EN 1329
• Ideal for construction bonding with PVC panel material (eg collecting trays, casing boxes)

Processing instructions:

• Cut the pipe ends at a right angle, chamfer the outer edges (15 °) and deburr
• Adhesive surfaces must be cleaned and dried. Mark the pipe insertion depth on the pipe end
• Tangit cleaner PVC-U / PVC-C / ABS to absorb absorbent paper towels and thoroughly clean the dry adhesive surfaces. Change the cloths after each cleaning operation
• Tangit adhesive should be applied on both sides with a brush in the longitudinal direction (molding thin, pipe end thicker), the pipe and the molding must be combined without tilting and twisting within the open time and fixed for a few seconds
• After joining, do not mechanically strain the joint for at least 5 min
• Lowering of glued pipes in the trench at the earliest 10-12 hours after the last gluing
• Waiting time until commissioning and pressure test for new installation after 24 hours. In case of repair per hour 1h. waiting period

Special instructions:

• Avoid open fire and sparks
• Clean rooms well
• Wear suitable protective clothing when working

• It is sufficient for approx. 7 adhesions at d = 63 mm (calculated for 125 g)
