Bitte bedenken Sie, dass größere Keramik aufgrund ihrer filigranen Struktur trotz sorgfältigster Verpackung sehr transportempfindlich ist.
Daher können wir leider keine Garantie auf komplett heile Ankunft geben.
Wir empfehlen daher bei größerer Keramik einen Speditionsversand für ca. 30 EUR innerhalb Deutschlands, Gern stehen wir Ihnen hier für Fragen zur Verfügung. Falls Sie sich für Standardversand (DHL/DPD/UPS) entscheiden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, einen passenden Kleber (z.B. ORCA von Aquarium Münster) mitzubestellen, bitten Sie aber gleichzeitig um Verständnis, dass wir Reklamationen aufgrund eines Transportschadens nicht anerkennen können.
