Please keep in mind that because of its filigree structure, larger ceramics are very sensitive to transport despite their careful packaging.
Therefore, we can not give a guarantee on completely healty arrival.
We therefore recommend for larger ceramics a forwarding shipping for about 30 EUR within Germany, we are here to answer your questions. If you opt for Standard Shipping (DHL / DPD / UPS), we recommend that you order a suitable adhesive (for example ORCA from Aquarium Münster), but at the same time ask for your understanding that we can not accept complaints due to transport damage.
