Self-levelling
The self-levelling function is activated whenever the moisture of the foam in the neck exceeds the user-set threshold for "over-foaming". The intensity of the pump is immediately reduced to prevent overfoaming and then gradually increased or decreased, depending on the moisture of the foam, until the preset pump intensity is reached and stable skimming is restored.
