With BASIS #2 you dose the trace metals iron, manganese, molybdenum, zinc, vanadium, nickel, copper, chromium and cobalt in a precisely calculated formula and in a defined ratio to each other. The daily dosage also makes you completely independent of individual supplements and target value recommendations in ICP results.

These physiologically relevant trace metals work in many metabolic processes, from photosynthesis to coral pigment formation and microbial nutrient degradation, and are consumed daily in the aquarium.

In BASIS #2, the trace metals are largely bound to organic partners, which ensures greater stability and better bioavailability, i.e. the active ingredients are absorbed more quickly and processed more efficiently, which both prevents accumulation and minimises chemical precipitation.

Due to the high nutrient turnover rates in the BASIS system, these essential trace metals are quickly utilised biologically. The formula of BASIS #2 is optimally adapted to the organic micronutrient dosing in the BASIS system and takes into account the special trace metal requirements of your SANGOKAI reef aquarium.

Concentrate, therefore very economical. Dosage: 0.25 - 0.5 mL per 100 litres daily. Higher dosage possible if required.
