NANO BASIS #2 is the particulate mineral supply from the regular BASIS system, adapted to the dosage and requirements of nano reef aquariums.

The particulate components provide important marine calcium carbonate for filter-feeding organisms such as calcareous sponges and mussels and stimulate the growth of calcareous red algae. As in the regular BASIS system, biofilm development and biofilm control is the main task of NANO BASIS #2 and is the functional basis for healthy biofilm and microbial development.

Dosage: 2x per week 2 mL per 20 litres.
