Our proven home remedy for all algae problems (except cyanobacteria/red smear algae) in the marine aquarium with a wide range of applications. Works extremely effectively against unicellular algae such as dinoflagellates, diatoms, or golden algae, as well as against all higher algae such as filamentous algae or bryopsis, but due to the high cell structure an application against multicellular algae takes much longer!
Zooxanthellate corals will not be harmed if the application is strictly observed.
The application in the reef aquarium does not disturb the bacterial flora in any way and therefore does not have a destabilizing effect on the aquarium environment.
phycoEx helps safely against all algae in seawater without harming the corals (does not help against cyanobacteria!)
