ATI® ICP Element Nickel
High-purity solution to increase the single element nickel in the reef aquarium. Ideally suited to compensate for element deficiencies and for daily element supply.
Dosing instructions:
- 1ml per 100 liters increases the nickel content by 3μg/l
- Increase by a maximum of 3μg/l nickel (1ml/100l) per day
- The bottle contains 45,000μg nickel
Symptoms if the nickel content is too low
- Nickel is not essential in reef aquariums - no symptoms known. However, reduced enzyme activity in nitrifying or nitrogen-fixing bacteria (e.g. urease activity) is suspected.
Causes of low nickel content
- Normal condition - nickel should ideally only be detectable in very low concentrations
EUH208: Contains nickel(II) sulphate. May cause allergic reactions.
