More and more often we find a nitrogen limitation in accurate water analyses.
This is due to the generally improved care conditions and the simultaneous increased growth of our corals. After many inquiries we have now reacted to this trend and developed nitrogen+.
With nitrogen+ the nitrate content can be increased easily and appropriately: 10 mL per 100 L aquarium water increases the nitrate content by 20 mg/L (1 mL per 100 L increases accordingly by 2 mg/L). Depending on the aquarium size, the nitrate content can be adjusted individually. Of course, nitrogen+ is also suitable for dosing systems.
It is a prerequisite for the successful use of nitrogen+ that the nitrate content is precisely determined in order to avoid problems regarding overdosing.
Reliable results are always achieved with the Tetra Nitrate Test, but we can also recommend the Salifert Nitrate or the Tropic Marin Nitrite/Nitrate Test, among others.
