With the AQUAVITAL PH POWDER-PILLOW TEST, you can determine the pH value easily and conveniently. The powdered reagent is hygienically packaged in single-use sachets, each designed for a single test, ensuring accurate results and a longer shelf life than a drop test. It is incredibly easy to use. Fill the sample vessel with water, add the reagent and read the result on the colour chart; one water value; one single reagent.

The pH value indicates the acidity of the water. A pH value of 7 is neutral. pH values below 7 are acidic and pH values above 7 are alkaline or basic. pH values are expressed in powers of 10. If the pH value changes by one unit, this represents a tenfold change. Water with a pH value of 6 is 10 times more acidic than water with a pH of 7. Large fluctuations in the pH value should therefore always be avoided.
