The macroporous, synthetic adsorbent resin effectively removes organic pollutants, yellowing substances and

compounds that cause water turbidity from the aquarium water.

Unlike activated carbon or conventional ion exchangers, it works via a special pore structure

that binds even very small organic molecules.
